The object of this suit is to have a sale of 3.08 acres of the 375 acres of land allotted to Mildred Wood Maney and certain of the other defendants in the cause of C. J. Miller, Tr. et al vs. Jonas Alther, et a 1; to have the written offer of $300.00 cash for the 3.08 acres made by Steve Manos accepted; to have the life estate of Mildred Wood Maney ■ t’ e said 3.08 acres commuted and paid tc her in a gross sum in cash, and have the residue invested and held in accordance with the terms of the will of W. G. Wood; to have ( lause 6 of the said will construed by the Court and a decree entered adjudicating and settling the construction of Clause 6 of said will, and for general relief.
