During the reign of the King and Queen of Health at Sperryville Elementary School Thurs day and Friday “The Magic of Music" filled the air as the annual May Day program unfolded under the skillful eye of Mr. Music and the glistening wand of Miss Magic. Queen of Health, Mary Frances Jenkins, was escorted by the King, Donald Beahm, and reigned supreme with Bobbi Jo Foster as Maid of Honor and Kenneth Atkins, Prince of Health.
Attendants were Sue Pullen, Mary Alice Woodard, Joan Welch, Ann Jenkins, Betty Jean Atkins, Nancy Lee, Martha LouO’BannonandJ_ois Yates. Kim Estes was train bearer and Tony Way land, crown bearer. Flower girls were Cindy Leake and Donna Gore.
