Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Wooti ward of Arlington were weekend guests of Mrs. Woodward’s parents Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Jenkins. Mrs. A. C. Walker and children Philip, Mark, Susan and Judy were Mother’s Day dinner guests of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey and Mrs. Annie Latham. The Rev. A. C. Walker attended a National Guard meeting during the weekend and visited his mother in Lynchburg. Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Green and daughter Nancy of Warrenton were Sunday visitors of Mrs. Green’s mother Mrs. Hugh Riley. Mrs. Odessa Ficklin is improved after being sick at her home. Mrs. C.M.M. Green spent several days last week with I. F. Sandridge and daughter Linda in Elkton returning home Saturday. James Edwin Green of Washington, D. C. was a weekend visitor of his mother Mrs. Green. Mrs. Julia Curtis of Culpeper was a weekend guest of Mrs. J. L. Walter. On Sunday Sherwin Walter of Roanoke visited his mother, Mrs. Walter.

Mrs. Russell Luttrell of Culpeper was a guest for the day Sunday of L. H. Luttrell and family. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Mauck of Limeton were visitors last Wednesday of Mrs. C. J. Moss. Miss Ella Phalen of Harrisonburg arrived Sunday to spend a few days with Mrs. Moss. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Hackley spent Sunday in Orange as the guests of Mrs. Melvin Shifflett.
