Mr. Music, Bill Kilby, announced the program and Stuart Fletcher waved approval with the wand of Miss Magic. Heralding each event were Maury Nichols and Lewis Cordle as the elves, Carroll Jenkins, Jr. and Winfrey Hitt cavorted about.
A word of welcome was given by the Heralds. Following this was the processional and crowning of the Queen by the King. As the school chorus, made up of some 40 voices, render-’ ed musical selections, various groups presented pantomimes in accord. Among these were Lazy Bones, Hello, My Baby, Don t Bring Lulu, When the Saints Come Marching In, and Bill Bailey.
The wedding of Jack and Jill, acted out by a large group, was narrated by Bonnie Sue Dodson. Revues were Powder Your i Face with Sunshine, Moonlight fhd and the Gypsy Love Song and Dance. • The Magic of Music encore closed the program, with the recessional following. All students participating in the program were five pointers.
