Another one-car crash occurred Monday night near Flint Hill when a vehicle failed to negotiate a curve on State Route 630.
According to Trooper K. L. Miller, Max Mathew Dellinger of Middletown, operating a 65 Falcon owned by D. L. Peterson, Trust of Baltimore, Md., failed to make a right curve and struck a rocky embankment practically demolishing the vehicle.
Dellinger sustained a fractured back and lacerations of the scalp. He was taken to Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal by the Flint Hill Rescue Squad and later transferred to Winchester Memorial Hospital.
Spaghetti Supper To Benefit Organizations
A spaghetti supper for the benefit of Washington Fire Company and Rappahannock Rescue Squad will be held at Hampton Inn, Washington, Va. on Wednesday, May 18. The supper will be served from 5 to 8 p. m. and will be$1.25for all you can eat. The public is invited to attend.
