a /-year-old class was taught by Mrs. Massie Cargill and assisted by Mrs. Sharon Snead and Mrs. Mary Lea. A class of 8-9 year olds was taught by Mrs. Dorothy Hawkins, assisted by Miss Martha Shillingburg. And a class of 10-12 year olds was taught by Miss Matilda Walker and Mrs. Thursa Burke. Each class had an exposure to music daily, which was taught by Mrs. Charlotte Nichols and Mrs. Helen Patterson. Crafts werea daily experience for each group also, and these were taught by Mrs. Christine Johnston, Miss Nancy Buntin, and Miss Martha Walters. The daily refreshments were always welcome, which usually came about the time for games. Mrs. Louise King East ham arranged for and served these, assisted by Miss Bobbie Jo Foster and Mrs. Ruth Grimsley. Students and teachers are grateful for the refreshments given by those considerate people who brought “goodies’^ for the youngsters.
