NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section* 29-125, 29-125 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia, the Commission of Game and Inland Fitherie* on June 24, 1966 adopted the following amended Regulation.
49. Commission-Owned or Controlled Lake* and Pond*:
Gaaoline motor* are prohibited except for Commitiion employee* on official duty.
Seining for minnow* i« prohibited.
The hour* for Killing thall be from one hour before *unrise to one hour after sunset.
Open aeaaon*, fillring hour*, method of taking fish, creel, poaaeaaion and siae limit ahall conform to the atatewide regulation* unless otherwise excepted by posted notice displayed at each recognized entrance to the lake, pond or stream in which case the posted regulations shall be in effect.
This shall become effective July 16, 1966.
