The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors voted 5 to 1 in favor of Zoning Ordinances which had been set up by the Planning Commission and submitted to them for adoption. This action was taken following a public hearing on zoning nection with the regular July
Supervisors.
residents attended the meeting to express their views on the subject and most present spoke in favor of the ordinances which had been redone since their initial introduction to the county Board a year ago. At that time the ordinances caused much controversy and were general ly rejected by the public.
