Pursuant to a decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia entered on April 27, 1967 in the Chancery Cause of the Culpeper National Bank, et al vs. Clifton Deal, et al, pending in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the premises at “Scrabble", Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County. the following real estate owned by Clifton Deal and Weston Deal: ".a certain lot of land situate in Stonewall M.D. Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing TWO Acres, more or less, and being a part of the land conveyed to the party of the first part by John T. Dodson by a deed recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County in Deed Book No. W at page 153 to which reference is hereby given. This two acres is the part of the aforesaid land situate on the upper side of the road leading from Mt. Lebanon to Rock Mills."
This is the same and identical land acquired by Weston Deal and Clifton Deal by deed from Thomas H. Huffman, by deed dated November 10, 1945, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 46, at page 303, said property being located on the left-hand side of the road leading from Scrabble to Castleton, approximately one-half mile west of Mount Lebanon Church, and having a frame dwelling house thereon. This real estate or any part thereof may be inspected or viewed by any interested parties on or before the date of sale.
