The object of this suit is to effect 1 artition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of the real property containing O'* acres, more or less, located in Jackson Magisterial District. near Yiewtown. in Rappahannock County. State of Virginia, of which Delia Annie Scott < Cordelia Scotti died seized and possessed: and to ascertain the amount of permanent improvements placed on the said land by Edd Scott.
And affidavit having been made and filed that the last known address of R. D. Scott was ‘1340 Frazier View Drive, Memphis Tennessee 3*127; and the last known address of Elbert Scott. George Scott. Ralph Scott and Walter Scott was Memphis, Tennessee.
It is ordered that the said nonresident defendants namely: R D. Scott, Elbert Scott, George Scott, Ralph Scott and Walter Scott do aj - pear within ten days after due publication of this order, and do what ;x necessary to protect their intore-t.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four >uc<>sive week' in the Rappahannock New.', a newspaper published in the bounty of Rappahannock, State of Virginia.
