Elmore Family Reunion
On Sunday, August 13, 1967, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bakei Palmer and their children, Peggy, David, Stewart and Amy, of Scuffle Hill, Washington were hosts to an Elmore family reunion with the following people present, Mr. and Mrs. Hodges Hastings and daughters, Sandra and Donna Mr. and Mrs. Richard Owens, Major and Mrs. Raymond Haw thorne, Mr. and Mrs. J. B, Mull, Dr. and Mrs. Charlet Monroe Heartwell, and Mrs. Wilbur T. Elmore of Richmond.
Also Mr. and Mrs. Milton Fleshood and daughter, Gayle, and Mrs. Harry T. Fleshood of Lawrenceville; Mr. and Mrs William Vaughan of Alberta; Mrs. Frank W. Elmore, Mrs. Marian Gwynn, and Mrs. Gertrude Gooding of Washingon, D. C.; Mr. and Mrs. Cosby Draper of Lynchburg; Mrs. Haskins Hawthorne of Danieltown, Va.; Mrs. James A. Ill and Charles L. Smith, Sp-4 US Army. Sunday guests were Mrs. Charles G. ReidandMrs Downing Wood of Washington. Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Derieux of Highland Springs were week end guests of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning. John Browning of Richmond spent the weekend at his home. Mrs. Eastham-Carter and daughter, Lindsay, of Warrenton were Saturday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Burford. Mr. and Mrs. Burford attended a barbeque at Hume on Saturday.
