C. were recent overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Eubank, Jr. Dana Snead of Washington, and Mike Hopkins were dinner guests on Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Frances Updike in the home of MY. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne attended an All Star dinner at Powell's Fort Valley on Saturday night. The dinner was sponsored by Cities Service Oil Company for nine counties in the Northern Virginia District. Mrs. Carroll Quaintanceand Mrs. Mary Quaintancewerein Virginia Beach last Thursday. Lucy Ann Quaintanee returned with them for a visit with her parents. Other week-end guests in the Qua inta nee home were Tobe Stout and a friend from Richmond. John Lee Taylor of the University of Richmond spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Taylor. John Quaintance was a guest of the Taylors on Sunday. Lance Corporal James Franklin Pullen is spending a twenty-day leave with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James 3ullen of Sperryville, after thirteen months of duty in Viet Nam with the United States Marine Corps. He will report o the 26th Helicopter Squadron, 2nd M. A. W. in New River, N. C.
