Last week mention was made of a winking supervisor. It has been brought to my attention by those who know him that winking is a friendly characteristic of this man and I would like to make clear that his is a friendly wink, not a conniving wink. Not only do we have "Winking" attending the Board meetings, we also have the last member of a well known trionone other than “Nod". In making this criticism it should be pointed out that one can have nothing but respect for the chairman of the Board, who has qualities of leadership, appears to have good logic, and lends dignity (a characteristic lacking in some others) to the meeting. Would that we had more men of this type on the Board.
