Sighs of relief were heard throughout RCHS as examinations were completed Tues day. 1 am afraid that the relief won’t last long, however, as report cards will be distributed soon. Let’s face it, half the school year is gone and some of us need to work a little harder.
The stamp campaign has been extended to the 26, which is tomorrow! Please bring in those stamps and maybe your homeroom will be on top in the competition. Thus far, Mrs. Wolf’s 9th grade girls are ahead with 615 stamps and they are still going strong. Let’s see if each homeroom can get in the race. It only takes a second to tear a cancelled stamp from the envelope, yet these stamps send so much food to starving children. We have nothing to lose, but so much to gain by contributing to this international campaign.
The SCA Executive Council held an informal discussion on January and also received their first set of proofs. Coeditors, Jean Woodard and Sandra Foster expect the earliest arrival of the Rappsody yet. They are hoping for the last of April. The staff is doing a tremendous job. Our Panthers have felt the stung of defeat in the last few games, but we are all confident that a comeback is near. In fact very near, the Panthers will meet the Warren Wildcats Friday night on the Warren court. Come on Panthers ‘Wallop the Wildcats.” Flash! RCHS has its own human snow ptedictpr^Mr.., Neff declares that the Snow will fall when the arthritis in his arm tells him so!!!!
