The object of this suit is to declare the said Robert David Barbour deceased due to his absence for a period of tnore than seven years.
And an affidavit having been made and filed that the Defendant Robert David Barbour is not a resident of the State of Virginia it is ordered that Robert David Barbour do appear within ten days after due publication hereof and do what may be necessary to protect his interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Virginia, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this County on or before the 8th day of January, 1968, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
