The object of this suit is to procure title to certain real estate in Rappahannock County, Virginia, owned by1 Isaac W. Jordan and Hannah Jordan for the purpose of constructing a highway, in Jackson District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, ns set forth and described in the Petition filed herein ort the 5th day of January, 1968, on Route 211, Project 0211078-102, RW-203, and it appearing that Isaac W. Jordan and Hannah Jordan are not residents of the State of Virginia.
And an addifavit having been filed that the defendants named herein are not residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that they do appear here within ten (10) days rfter due publication hereof and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
