.In executi°n of a certain first Deed of Trust from the Skyline Ski Club, Inc., a Virginia corporation, dated November 1G, 1964 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the t licuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 82, at page 345 of the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, default having been made in the payment theieby secured, the undersigned Trustees at the request of the holder of the note thereby secured will offer for public sale at public auction in front of the main entrance of the Rappahannock County Court House, Washington, Virginia on the 6th day of February 1968 at 12:00 Noon the following land, together with any improvements located thereon, situated in Rappahannock County, Virginia more particularly described in said Deed of Trust as follows:

Beginning at Point A on plat, an iron pipe, running

N 3334 E 300’ to B, a point in the middle of Rush

River marked by an iron pipe on aforesaid river

at B‘, 15’ from the center of the river and approximately

20 feet north of a bridge at the entrance to

Skyline Ski Club, Inc., thence with said river and

the coinciding property line of Skyline Ski Club,

Inc., N 26'4 W 112.5’ to C, a point in the middle of

said river, marked by an iron pipe at C\ lying S

40V2 W 15’ from C, thence from C S 40'/a W 310’

to D, an iron pipe, thence S 64 E 150’ to A and beginning.

Terms of sale all cash, bidder's deposit by cash or certified check will be required of the successful bidder at the time of the sale in the amount of One Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($1,000.00). The balance of the purchase price will be payable by cash or certified check within Twenty-One (21) days from the date of sale or the property mny be sold at the risk and cost o£ the default in purchase^

Adjustment of all taxes and other public charges will bemade as of the date of sale and thereafter be assumed by 'the purchaser.
