of two tracts of land containing 3.77589 acres and 1.03405 acres, interest in said lands having been obtained by the Complainant, Robert R. Freeman, from certain of the heirs of Charles A. Fletcher, as more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
An affidavit having been made and filed that the following is not a resident of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office address is correctly set forth opposite heir name listed below: Yvonne Fletcher, an infant, 2352
North 18th Street, Philadelphia, Pa.
And the Bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names are unknown and making them parties Defendant by the general description of parties unknown, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.
It is ordered that the said nonresident Defendant, Yvonne Fletcher, an infant, and any unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands Charles A. Fletcher died seized and possessed of, whose names and addresses are unknown, do appear within ten days after due publication of their order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to the said Defendant at the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of
