Defendants
The object of this suit is to partition title to the lands of A. F. Grigsby, John H. Grigsby, Sam B. Grigsby, and J. W. Grigsby in the above-mentioned Bill of Complaint, to certain land in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing 78.6 acres, more or less, as more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
An affidavit having been made and filed that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opposite their names listed below:

Grigsby died seized and possessed of, whose names and addresses are unknown” do appear within ten days after due publication of this order nnd do what is necessary to protect their interest. It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, wjthin ten day% after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to each of the said Defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publiaetion and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
