Girl Scout Troop 380 celebrated its first birthday at the regular meeting held Thursday, Feb. 1. Members of the Troop, which encompasses the whole county, received year pins. The celebration was complete with birthday cake, sampled here by Phyllis Kelley of Flint Hill and Sarah Clark of Washington.
