Moore, a rescue specialist, is a member of the Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service in support of the Pacific Air Forces. The sergeant, a 1960 graduate of Rappahannock County High School in Washington, Va., attended Pierce College in Woodland Hills, Calif., before entering the Air Force.
