Sweetheart candidates are busy canvassing students, friends, and relatives in hopes that they will have the most votes come Saturday night. The queen will be crowned at approximately 9:30 p.m. at the Coronation Ball, The hours of the Ball are from 8 till 11 p.m. and admission is $1.25 per person and $2.00 a couple.
The fabulous Mod and the Rockers will be playing the latest songs. I know you don't want to miss seeing our Sweet heart Queen crowned, and I know you don't want to miss all the fun so everyone come and have a grand evening at the Coronation Ball! There is still time for you to cast votes for your favorite candidate. When you vote you are not just helping a candidate, but you are supplementing the School Scholarship Loan Fund, which may in turn help you further your education. Attention Girls! This is Leap Year so get those guys to the Ball! I am sure all students are well aware that report cardB were distributed last Tuesday. As Mr. Wingfield suggested, use it as a measuring stick to see how you stand. Some of us may stand firmly, which is fine; but others may betreading on soft ground, which may require a little extra study. •We all want to earn our credits so let’s really surpass ourselves this half year.
