Mr. and Mrs. John Eubank attended the 7th birthday celebration for Chris Foster, son of Mr and Mrs. Gavor on Sunday in Flint Hill.
Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hart and Mr. and Mrs. William Dodson of Baltimore, Md. were weekend guests of Mrs. Delia Leake and on Saturday were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Clarke and Kristi.
Mrs. Harald Havstad has returned home after a visit with Mr. and Mrs. Harald Havstad and family in Upper Saddle River, N. J. and other friends in New York.
Phil Hawkins, a student at Chowan College, Murfreesboro, N. C. spent Friday and Saturday with his parents Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Codding of Centreville were also guests. Mr. and Mrs. Hawkins accompanied Phil back to school on Sunday.
Arthur McLean of Greenville, Tenn. has been visiting his relatives, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Swindler and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Swindler.

J. Earl Wayland returned last Tuesday from McGuire Hospital, Richmond.
