A pleasant Thanksgiving was held Thursday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul F. Butler, when each family of their guests brought a dish prepared for their dinner. Those attending included Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Butler of Springfield, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda and family of Fairfax, Stant Weaver of Washington, Va., Mrs. Mary Anna Baker and Mrs. Pete Hill of Mitchell, Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Thornhill and family, Mr. and Mrs. George Thornhill and family and Billy Thornhill, all ofl Culpeper. Also Mr. and Mrs. George Thornhill, Sr., Mrs. Oscar Butler, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Sisk, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Butler and daughters, J. B. Burke, Miss Faye Burke, Mrs. Olive Butler, Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Hawkins, all of Boston and Mr. and Mrs. Stevens E. Butler and children of Manassas, who were the Butler’s guests last week and are remaining with them this week.
