Electricity. Un Monday December 9th . around 80 members and science students will tour the Riverton Power Plant of Potomac Edison Company. Arrangements were initiated by Mrs. Mary B. Quaintance and Mrs. Christine Johnston of Rappahannock Elementary School faculty and myself through Mr. Charles Mundy of Potomac Edison.

Mrs. Arthur Miller and Mrs. Fred Schaeffer have saved avocado seed for our 4-H Home Grounds Improvement groups. Also, parents of other 4-H I members enrolled have saved seeds for school rooms and individual members to plant and watch grow. We still need 40-50 more seed so if you live in Rappahannock and use avocado, please leave the seed at my office or call (telephone No. 675-3619).
