Hours of tedfous work have gone into these special Christmas decorations made by Mrs. Paul Poling of Amissville. They are egg shells, waxed or shellacked for preservation and then decorated. Gold braid, small beads, pictures and figurines arc among the numerous objects used on the ornaments. Mrs. Poling adds to her own collection each year and often makes gifts of them to special friends.
