Regardless of his total earnings he would be entitled to benefits for July through December if he did not earn over $140 a month.

The object of this suit is to have a sale of Certain tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, one of said tracts containing 277 acres, more or less, and adjoining Noce, Bruce, Alther, et al., and the other being a one-half undivided interest in a woodland tract containing 29.2 acres, more or less, adjoining Wire, Bruce, et al, these being the same lands devised by William G. Wood to Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup for life, with remainder to the defendants set forth in the above captioned cause. The 277 acre tract was allotted to the said Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup and said remaindermen by decree entered in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the certain chancery cause under the short style of “Anne Grimsley Wood Hflldrup and Irene Wood Buddey vs. Clarence Houston Wood Anderson, et al”, designated as chancery cause No. 2081, this suit further seeks authority to invest the proceeds of sales as authorized by law and to pay the income therefrom to the complainant during her lifetime; to have the Court construe Clause (7) of the said will, and enter a decree adjudicating and settling its construction; and for general relief.

Mercery Press, Inc, a Delaware Corporation, having an address of MW CM Hem Place, K.W, Washington, D.C.. is not a Virginia corporaMae, and that the eakaewn and tinhorn children and heirs of Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup; the unknown and unborn heirs of Edward Gordon Hilldrup, Jr.; the unknown and unborn heirs of Jamesi Willis Hilldrup; the unknown and unborn children and heirs of H. B. Wood, Sr.; the unknown and unborn children of Julia Quaintance Wood; and all parties unknown, if any; and all persons unborn or persons yet to be born or created, and all other parties unknown, if any, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of “Parties Unknown”, may have an interest in the lands sought
