The FBLA will travel to Madison College Saturday for a Regional Meeting. It will be represented by 16 members. Rosalie Settle will compete in the contest for Miss Future Business Leader and Bobby Settle will be a contestant for Mr. Future Business Leader. Those entered in the Essay contest are Terry Russell and Rosalie Settle.
Visits in Hawaii
Mrs. Mabel Waggoner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Glascock of Amissville, recently spent a week in Hawaii with her husband Sp/4 Wallace Waggoner who is serving a tour of duty in Viet Nam. While in Hawaii, the Waggoners stayed at Kalia Inn and some of the events they attended were a native luau feast, Catammaran Sail, the International Market Place and the Honolulu Wax Museum.
Sp/4 Waggoner, who is stationed at Phu Bai, Viet Nam, will return to the states in August.
