Mrs. Ida Holmes of Norfolk is spending this week with Mrs. Ray Boggs. During the weekend she visited relatives in Warrenton including Mrs. Warren Farman and Mrs. Tony Fisher. Sunday she was a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Gray in Culpeper. She will return home this weekend.
The members of Amissville United Methodist Church WSCS had lunch Wednesday at Graves Mountain Lodge, Syria. Mrs. Tillie Nichols of South Bend, Ind. is visiting her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Story. She was accompanied by Mrs. Story’ll grandsons Kevin and Keith Sheele, former residents of Amissville. The boys have just received their junior pilot wings. Miss Donna Story, who is a graduate this year of Culpeper County High School, will enter the University of North Carolina in the fall.
