Mr*. Annie Kinsey
Mrs. Annie Virginia Peyton Kinsey, 71, of Amissville, died Sunday, May 31, 1970 in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.
She was born in Rappahannock County, the daughter of the late Amon H. Peyton and Daisy Tharpe Peyton. She was a member of the Massanova Pentecostal Church, Amissville.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Glinn Kinsey, Amissville; one daughter, Mrs. Eunice Lee Deale, Hillcrest Heights, Md.; two brothers, Edward Peyton, Amissville, George W. Peyton, Culpeper; three sisters, Mrs. B. P. Scott, Mrs. Sadie Menser, both of Akron, Ohio and Mrs. C. R. Johnson of Jackson, Michigan; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal at 3 p.m. on Tuesday conducted by the Rev. Robert McGlothlin. Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal. Pallbearers were Archie Clatterbuck, McArthur Pullen, George Whorton, Roy Whorton, Bayliss Whorton and Robbie Grigsby.
Miss Ethel C. Long
A graveside funeral service for 1 Miss Ethel C. Long of St. Paul, Wise County was held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Long section of the Woodville Episcopal cemetery following funeral services held Friday in St. Paul. Miss Long died Thursday, May 28, 1970 at the Johnson Memorial Hospital in Abingdon. She was a former resident of Woodville, daughter of the late John M. and Alice Varner Long of Rappahannock County. She was a member of the Woodville Baptist Church and the graveside service was conducted by her pastor, the Rev. B. Gale Titchenell. She is survived by two brothers, State Senator M.M. Long of St. Paul and Dr. Edwin V. Long of Salt Lake City, Utah.
