A double fatality occurred on a Rappahannock County Highway i Sunday evening when two male Negro youths were killed in a single vehicle crash on Route 211 i three miles east of Washington | about 6:45 p.m.

Melvin Lewis Dunn, 16, of Washington, Va. died instantly of head and chest injuries and Leroy Stevenson Freeman, 17, also of Washington was pronounced dead on arrival at Warren Memorial Hospital of multiple internal injuries.

Driver of the car, Randolph W. Starks, 20, of Woodville sustained a badly mangled left arm which required amputation and had lacerations of the scalp. He was taken to Warren Memorial
