Honor attendant was Sharon Childs, sister of the bride, who wore a long gown opale yellow silk shantung with matching cap and veil. Bridesmaids were Kathy Conover of Falls Church and Donna Rundell of Vienna. They wore identical gowns of pale green silk shantung with matching daisy caps and veils. Attendants all carried nosegays of miniature yellow roses and white carnations.
Chris Umberger of Wytheville served as best man and ushers were Thomas Street of Wytheville and David Trenton of Kingswood, West Virginia.
A reception was hosted by the bride’s parents in the social hall of the church.
The couple will reside ir Johnson, Tennessee where they will be students at East Tennesse< State University.
