Mn. B. M. Miller. Sunday night dinner guests of Mrs. Miller were Mr. and Mrs. George Morgan of Annandale. Col. E. A. McNear spent the weekend at his home Greenwood and returned to the hospital at Ft. Belvoir for further treatment. Mrs. William H. Jennings and two sons. Hugh and Nathan, of Burlington, N. C. are guests this week of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas B. Massie. Mr. Jennings was a weekend guest in the Massie home. Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Pearson and daughter, Mary Diane of Vienna were Sunday visitors of Miss Lucy Estes and Mrs. Mamie Wrenn.

Ensign Page Moffett of the Bainbridge Naval Station, Bainbridge, Md. and Frank Moffett of Richmond attended the University of Richmond - North Carolina State football game Saturday night in Richmond. On Sunday they visited their parents, Judge and Mrs. W. F. Moffett here.

Judge and Mrs. W. F. Moffett spent Saturday in Fishersville and on Sunday they accompanied their daughter, Miss Carter Moffett to Fredericksburg where she will enter her sophomore year at Mary Washington College. Miss Moffett, accompanied by Bill Cockerill of Purcellville, attended the Virginia - V. P. I. football game Saturday in Blacksburg.

W. M. Stuart of Beltsviile, Md. is spending some time at his home on Blue Ridge Avenue.

Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Buntin and daughter, Miss Nancy Buntin returned home last Tuesday after spending two weeks at Martha’s Vineyard, Mass, and a week visiting Mrs. Buntin’s family in W. Hartford, Conn. Miss Buntin has returned to Richmond for her senior year at V.C.U.

Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller and Mrs. W. C. Campbell were callers Saturday of Mrs. C. H. White at Linden.
