Mr*. Nell Sneade Watt*
Mrs. Nell Sneade Watts of Culpeper died Wednesday, September 16, 1970 at the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. She was a cosmotologist and had operated a beauty salon in Culpeper for many years. She was a native of Rawlings, Va. She is survived by her husband, M. G. Watts of Culpeper; two brothers, Samuel F. Sneade of Rawlings, Va. and Otis Sneade of Baltimore, Md.; a sister, Mrs. Roy Harris of Baltimore. A niece, Mrs. Peggy H. Henderson of Norfolk, also survives. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Clore Funeral Chapel, Culpeper with the Rev. Horace Douty conducting the rites. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk at 2:30 p.m.
Melvin Lewis Dunn
Melvin Lewis Dunn, 16, of Washington, Va. died Sunday, September 13, 1970 of injuries sustained in a traffic crash. He was a native of Memphis, Tenn. and had moved here a year or so ago.
He is the son of Mrs. Willie Belle Norris of Washington, Va. and Willie A. Dunn of Memphis, Tenn.
Other survivors include three brothers, Willie Lee Dunn, Doyle Dunn, and George T. Dunn, all of Washington and seven sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Fletcher, Vera L. Dunn, Margaret L. Dunn, Ruby F. Dunn, Mattie M. Dunn, and Irene Dunn, all at home and Mrs. Gloria B. King of Los Angeles, Calif.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Washington with interment in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
