Meets Thursday
The second annual meeting of the Rappahannock Mental Health Association will be held tonight 'Thursday) at the Rappahannock Library, Washington, Va. at 8 o’clock. Speakers will include Dr. John Peyton Snead, Child Psychiatrist, Mrs. Patricia Saltonstall, Washington Area Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, Inc., and Mr. Tom Parker, a Richmond Attorney and Virginia Delegate on the Board of Directors of the National Association for Mental Health. I A short business meeting will be held and the election of officers. Local individuals and organizations support the [Association. All interested perjsons are invited to attend.
