LOMAX COVINGTON, BEALETON, vice president of The Federal Land Bank Association of Warrenton, and Edward L. Clarke, Bealeton, director of the Warrenton Production Credit Association, have announced that the annual stockholders’ meeting for the associations will be held April 7, at Airlie House Conference Center near Warrenton.

“The associations hold an annual meeting eacK year for the purpose of electing directors, and providing a report of the year’s business,” Covington said.

The farmer-owned institutions have approximately 1,300 member-stockholders in their territory of Fauquier, Rappahannock, Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Culpeper, Orange, Madison, Greene, Stafford and Spotsylvania counties.
