The above property will be sold subject to the lien of a Deed of Trust in the original sum of $120,000.00 recorded among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 80 at page 477 and supplemented by Deed of Trust recorded in Deed Book 83 at page 121; subject also to the lien of a Deed of Trust in the original sum of $6,750.00 recorded among the said County land records in Deed Book 91 at page 43; subject also to delinquent taxes, if any, and to restrictions, rights of way and conditions of record.

TERMS OF SALE — CASH

A deposit of ten per cent (10%) of the amount of said sale will be required to be paid by the successful bidder on the day of sale and terms of sale are to be complied with within ten (10) days from date of sale. If the purchaser at said sale fails to comply with the terms of sale within ten (10) days from date of sale, the above deposit shall be forfeited and the property will be resold at the cost of the defaulting purchaser.
