As stated in the public meetings, a letter will be sent, as soon as the legal processes are completed, to all those persons who indicated an interest in becoming owners. The initial stock offering, effective for 30 days, will permit the purchase of from one to 20 shares at $100 per share.

IT IS PLANNED that the corporation will be owned by several hundred stockholders and that no one person or group will be permitted to control the corporation. A nine member board of directors will be elected by the stockholders to conduct the business with a professional manager.
