weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charles C. Burke at their home on Blue Ridge Avenue were Mr. and Mrs. William Hershey and son Richard of Bristol, Pa. and Jennings Burke of Alexandria. Sunday evening guests were Mr. and Mrs. John Metzger, Wanda and Elmer Metzger and Marsha Sheppard, all of Lorton and Gary Hershey of Pittsburgh, Pa.
Mrs. H. Taylor Updike Jr. and children Brian and Kellie of Manassas were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. Taylor Updike. Mrs. Updike, Jr. has recently returned from visiting her mother in Perryville, Mo. Mr^ Updike, Jr. is on a European business trip and is presently in Germany. Other guests in the Updike home Sunday were Mrs. Updike’s brother Robert Nethers of Falls Church and Mrs. Frank Parker and three children of Culpeper.
Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hawkins and son have moved into the Critzer cottage.
