There are some who seem to think property along the nearby roadway is to be used and abused in any way they choose. This type of thinking, or maybe it is unthinking, cannot continue if we are to continue to have trout stocked streams on private property.
I am aware that as far as the camping is concerned it is done mostly by people who live away from Rappahannock. However, many of them have connections with local people, either family or friends. If we cannot get to these people directly, hopefully through local contacts they will be informed.
