The case of Jerrel Dwyer, 28, of Sperryville, charged with armed robbery in connection with a robbery at Pete’s Restaurant on U.S. Route 211, six miles west of Warrenton, April 12, was nolle prossed in Fauquier County Court last Thursday.
Dwyer and another man, still at large, were accused of robbing Pete Fotenos, proprietor of the restaurant. Fotenos said two young men, armed with revolvers and a knife, took all the money and checks in the cash register and all the money in his wallet.
