Homemakers meet
The Amissville Homemakers will see a demonstration of salads and desserts when they meet Monday night in the educational rooms of Amissville Baptist Church.
Mrs. Faye Crescentiwill be in charge of the program and of the demonstration for the meeting, which begins at 7:30 p.m. Members and interested women are invited. □
Church service
There will be one service only at Trinity Episcopal Church Sunday, June 4, at 11 o’clock. Immediately following the service a Congregational meeting will be held.
On Sunday, June 11, Bishop Robert F. Gibson Jr. of the Diocese of Virginia will be present at the 11 o’clock service for Confirmation and Holy Communion. □
