How Mr. Clark concluded that this report was “totally biased and without substantial factual support” is interesting, since he was not present at the meeting in question. Furthermore, we are inclined to agree with the Supervisors’ position, which was duly stated in the editorial column of the newspaper, a prerogative which is this newspaper’s just as surely as it is the prerogative of readers to write letters for publication. □
