Charles Smoot Jr. and Penny Hunter were honored Sunday with a surprise birthday party at the home of their grandmother Mrs. Irene Frazier in Sperryville.
The party was given by Mrs. Charles Smoot and Mrs. Jean Hunter, both of Washington, for the children. Charles Jr. will be eight on February 7 and Penny will be three on February 8.
