on robbery
Fauquier County Circuit Judge RaynerV. Snead sentenced Joseph Harold Morin Jr., 22, of Falls Church, to eight years for robbery of over $1,000 worth of merchandise from Pete Fotenos store on Route 211 outside of Warrenton.
Morin pled guilty to the incident which occurred on April 12.
This is the same* case in which Gerald Dwyer of Sperry ville *was falsely charged and arrested, spending several days in jail. □
