ved her B.S. degree in Special Education at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville March 19.

She was graduated with honors, having maintained an average which placed her on the Dean’s List for the entire period she was enrolled at East Tennessee State University for two years and at Knoxville University for the last year and a half.

Terry is the daughter of Lucio and Helen Kilby of Sperryville. She was a 1969 graduate of Rappahannock County High School. She is continuing her studies at U.T. at present and expects to be working in the field of education for handicapped children next semester. □
