Mechanic’s

courses

TWO SPRING term courses in auto mechanics are open to the general public and will be offered on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6-9 p.m. at Lord Fairfax Community College. Each course will meet for 10 sessions, beginning Monday, April 2.

“This course :s designed to teach a person how to adjust and tune the fuel and ignition systems of a car so that minimum pollution will take place,” according to the course instructor, Professor Edsel Armentrout. There is no prerequisite.

THE SECOND course, “Auto Mechanics for the Layman“ (AUTO 199) is aimed at the amateur machanic — the person who wants to do his own minor repairs.
