Newman
Manuel Newman, 71, of Amissville died Monday in Warren Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Rappahannock, the son of John and Ella Jett Newman. Maddox Funeral Home, Front Royal is in charge of arrangements which were incomplete at press time.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. John H. Dillon of Warrenton; a son, David Woods Tompkins of Alexandria; four grandchildren ♦and a grea-granddaughter.
