The following is an open letter to the Board of Supervisors.
In the past, I have supported® you. The zoning ordinance, for example, is farsighted, good planning and worthy of support.
The best I can say for the Dog Tag Ordinance (and I stretch good judgement to do it) is that it is short sighted and not worthy of your vote. It is unfair, inhumane, lacks planning and initiative. It is a lie. There is no emergency. Further, Ltdges not correct existingbad practices.
