BASKETBALL season is approaching and the first game is scheduled for December 7 away, with Montevideo. Coach Ellis'^ is very busy preparing the varsity players for their first game.
The team is composed, of Roger Dodson, Harry Jordan, Jim Lum, Jim Massie, Hodge Miller, Jay Miller, Andy Nichols, Mike Raney, Dale Frye, Mike Smoot, John Summers, Bob Titchenell, Mike Tupper and Eddie Williams. Fourteen have been named and of these, two will be eliminated.
Under the coaching of Mr. Campbell, the Junior Varsity team consists of many new faces this year. Barry A eft ins, Thomas Banks, Larry Brown, Milton Fletcher, Acey Frye, Fred Frye, Jesse Grigsby, Otis Jordan, Ronnie Nicholson, Steve Payne, Kevin Raney, Aubrey Frye and Cecil Smoot make up the team.
